Our sessions can be delivered online via zoom video call and have been proven to be just as successful as a face to face session.  The benefits of this are that you can relax in the comfort of your own home, you don't have to travel anywhere so it saves time and we can see anyone in the world for an appointment too!  However we do understand that some people would prefer a face to face appointment and this to can be arranged.
