The CORP Research Programme collects anonymised information to produce statistical analysis relating to Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

Retention of Records
As a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), I am required to retain records for eight years following your final session.
For children and young people, records are retained until their 25th birthday. Where treatment ends at age 17, records are retained until the individual's 26th birthday.
Records are securely destroyed during the January following the end of the applicable retention period.
These retention periods are in accordance with professional body requirements and insurance obligations.

From time to time, I may discuss aspects of my work with my professional supervisor to ensure I provide the highest standard of care. No identifying information about you will be disclosed, and my supervisor is also bound by professional and confidentiality obligations.
Contact with Other Health and Social Care Professionals
I will only contact your GP or other Health and Social Care Professionals with your consent, where appropriate.
